The “Tijjar Dubai” program is an initiative of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, established in 2013. The program aims to qualify young and emerging entrepreneurs from UAE nationals, and develop their promising and economically viable ideas capable of facing the challenges of the labor market.
